Barrel-Aged Big Berry Explosion
Still MEAD

Boom!!!  Psst…Hey!  Yeah…You!  Over here!  It’s me, Crafted…keep this one on the down low BUT you aren’t going to believe the amount of berries that went into this baby.  We’re raising the delicious threat level to Meadcon-5.  Taste buds are gonna be on the brink of total warfare with this barrel-aged intercontinental ballistic blast of berries to your face.  Dig it!

Tasting Notes: Berry, fruit, honey sweetness balanced with tannin and oak structure.  Warming finish with lasting acidity.

Apothelyptic Farmhouse
SESSION MEAD

We’ve raided the apothecary shelves and combined orange blossom honey with chamomile, sweet orange peel and kampot pepper for this farmhouse mead. Fermented with a French saison yeast at high temperatures this estery, herbal elixir may have you thinking the end times are nye. It’s unfiltered, it’s modern mead…and it’s dope. It’s Apothelyptic.

Tasting Notes: Citrus Forward Semi-Sweet Honey with Herbal Follow-Up. Citrus and Chamomile Balanced with Extremely Mild Pepper Spice

Belgian Meadjito
SESSION MEAD

We’ve combined 100% raw wildflower honey, fresh crushed mint, lime juice, and Belgian yeast to create a unique take on two summertime favorites from both Belgium and Cuba.

Jinja Dragon

Spring has awoken the might of the Jinja Dragon. We’ve harnessed the power of the glow through generous additions of hibiscus and ginger with a touch of black peppercorn. Sure enough, the lengend of the shogun of mead is true.

Magnum Peach Inferno
SESSION MEAD

Ahh, the sweet life of a private dick. I was living like a king in Hawaii with hot cars and women, but the beat is always risky for a peach like me. Life was good, see, until one day I landed in the hot seat with a tough gang of chipotle thugs. Thanks to three good friends and a couple reluctant Dobermans, I made it through. I vowed to put down the Old Dusseldorf, and I’ve been a Crafted man ever since. Life’s a peach, after all…a smoky chipotle peach, to be specific.
